David Stauffacher
David brings a career spanning banking, finance, marketing, and manufacturing leadership. He served as VP of Business Banking at both Chase and Wells Fargo, and as President & CEO of a manufacturing company. As a Senior Business Advisor with Wisconsin's SBDC, he has guided countless entrepreneurs and business leaders toward success.
David is passionate about equipping lenders with practical tools and insights that drive better decisions. He co-leads live meetings and case study reviews, and runs the K-1 & Pass-Through Series with Linda.

Joe Davis
Joe brings over 25 years of banking experience with a deep focus on commercial credit and lending. Most recently, he served as Chief Credit Officer at a $1.2 billion community bank, where he led credit policy, underwriting, and portfolio management. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
Joe created LOT's Commercial Real Estate Lending course and handles discovery calls with prospective students and institutions. As a lifelong learner with a passion for training, he designed the CRE course to give lenders the practical judgment they need, not just the formulas.

Linda Keith
Linda created LOT's entire curriculum on the foundation of in-person workshops she delivered to financial institutions for over 25 years. She draws on 30+ years of consulting and training experience, a background in public accounting, 15+ years as CFO of a residential construction company, experience as a Washington State Auditor's Office examiner, and time as adjunct faculty in Accounting Principles and Managerial Accounting.
Linda is known for making complex topics practical and engaging. She is one of only five CPAs in the United States with the Certified Speaking Professional designation. She still actively teaches, leads live meetings, reviews case studies, and answers expert questions.
